With only about 250 lucky fans in attendance, Thursday’s concert in Minneapolis was by far the tiniest on the band’s run of small-room shows.

Despite searing temps in the 90s, the party band with deep Twin Cities affinity delivered an impressively lively set for Music On-A-Stick. Dillinger Four and the Bob Mould Band opened.

Cigarettes After Sex put on an ethereal sold-out show at the Armory on Thursday night, filling the venue not only with a supportive crowd, with their chilling vocals and trance-inducing instrumentals.

With Eddie Vedder leading the way, Pearl Jam used this St. Paul show to openly reflect on the band’s past, the current state of the world, and pay tribute to loved ones we’ve lost.
