It’s finally here: the Spring Equinox! While sometimes called the Vernal Equinox, Thursday, March 20 marks the first official day of spring.

According to The Farmer’s Almanac, the Northern and Southern Hemispheres receive about the same amount of sunlight on this special day. (Although, our friends south of the equator are marking the start of autumn.) The amount of sun we get each day will continue to increase until the Summer Solstice, which occurs on June 20, but right now let’s celebrate the turn of the season with music!

So, for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs that celebrate spring would you like to hear?
