March is Women’s History Month, and to celebrate, we’ll highlight some musical pioneers across genres. Today, it’s all about hip-hop.
While hip-hop is still relatively young, multiple women have emerged as leaders in the scene. Artists like Queen Latifah, Salt-N-Pepa, MC Lyte, and more helped pave the way for women across the genre. Today, let’s pay tribute with a playlist full of legends.
