Coffee Break: Pi Day

March 14, 2025
Happy Pi Day! The special day is celebrated around the world on March 14 in honor of the Greek letter Pi, which is also the symbol used in mathematics to represent the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
What’s Pi Day all about? Math, science, pies and moreIt’s also known as the number that keeps on going. A calculator will show that Pi equals something close to 3.141592654, but it’s an irrational number — a decimal with no end and no repeating pattern. Today, let’s join in on the math joy by providing a soundtrack for the celebration!
So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what “pie” themed songs would you like to hear?
