Today is National Cat Day! The holiday was established in 2005 by lifestyle writer Colleen Paige to highlight the number of cats that need to be rescued each year and also to show some love to the ones who already let us share their space.

It’s not like we NEEDED another reason to celebrate our furry, feline friends, but we’ll join in on the fun since today is their special day. Let’s cut the cat-itude and create the purr-fect playlist!
