Hozier returned to the Twin Cities on Saturday, Aug. 17, to perform for an adoring crowd at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. Opener Allison Russell joined him to perform “Wildflower and Barley” and “Work Song.”

His last Minnesota performance was an intimate show at First Avenue in 2023. (He also performed at Hinterland Festival in Iowa earlier this summer.) Hozier released the Unheard EP earlier this year, which features the hit single “Too Sweet.” It followed his hit third album, Unreal Unearth, which came out in 2023.
