It’s been a full year since recreational cannabis was legalized in Minnesota, making it the 23rd state in the nation to authorize use for adults who are over 21. Those who partake can also grow and possess the sought-after herb. The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management is the place to go for the latest updates on the new law. The state agency provides for the regulation of cannabis and hemp businesses, oversees grants and loan programs to assist people entering the legal cannabis market, and more.
‘Build the plane while we’re flying it’: Cannabis regulators ready for next phase of legalizationThe new changes brought with it more than just a license to chill — it also opened the door for eligible Minnesotans to have marijuana-related offenses expunged from their records. We knew we couldn’t let the day (puff puff) pass without marking the occasion with music!
