Downtown Hibbing’s family-friendly, summer series ‘Hibbing On Howard’ comes to a close tonight with a grand finale complete with activities for all ages. This year, the festival had something new — a party just for teenagers.

With the streets closed off and games available just for them, the youth can have some fun in a safe space during the last hour of the event. Today, let’s give the teens time in the Coffee Break, too… with music!
