Coffee Break: Mental Health Month Vibe Check
by Jill Riley and Nilufer Arsala
May 31, 2024
It’s the last day of May already! How did we get here so fast?! Back in 1949, May was declared Mental Health Awareness month, and since we’re suddenly poised to jump into June, we thought it was the perfect time to pull an Elmo and check in to see how you’re doing.
Let’s do a vibe check. Are you feeling grumpy? Happy? Stressed or overjoyed? Tell us how it’s going through music.
So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs would you like to hear that describe how you are feeling?
