A major story in music news this week is how Beyoncé’s new song, “Texas Hold ‘Em,” has debuted at No. 1 in the Billboard Country chart. From the song's release on Feb. 11 (during the Super Bowl, no less) until Feb. 15, the song picked up 19.2 million official streams and 4.8 million radio plays along with not-too-shabby sales figures of 39,000 units. What’s more, Billboard noted Beyoncé became the only other solo woman — the other being Taylor Swift — to achieve a No. 1 debut with no accompanying artists.

It's a major milestone in Beyoncé’s ever-amazing career so far, and with the new smash hit, Beyoncé joins a cohort of artists who have enjoyed what the industry calls “crossover” success; specifically, those artists who climb to the tops of the charts in the Pop and Country genres, even in an era when the construct of genre seems to be falling away. Let’s celebrate those artists today.

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that have been big hits in both the Pop and Country charts?
