January 3 is International Mind-Body Wellness Day, a day that celebrates the mind, body and soul connection that plays an integral role in our overall health and wellbeing. To mark the day, people are encouraged to pursue or to continue pursuing those activities that promote healthy emotions, minds and bodies. Those could be things like having a positive daily routine, eating well, getting exercise, practicing mindfulness — even being sure to get a good night’s sleep.
