As we approach the end of the year and dig into the best releases of 2023, Minneapolis record store Electric Fetus released its best-selling albums for the year. The list features new releases from megastars like Hozier and Taylor Swift, as well as some from up-and-coming indie artists like Melanie Martinez and the local band Durry. Also selling well at the Fetus this year were albums by Boygenius, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, Mitski, and the Rolling Stones.

Immediately following today’s Coffee Break, The Current will spotlight the top 15 albums of 2023. Stay tuned for that, starting at 10 a.m. Central. But before then, let’s hear cuts from your favorite albums of the past year.
