Once again, December — the harbinger of winter — is upon us. Somehow, we’ve made it this far without anything more than a dusting of snow on the ground.

Typically, the Twin Cities see an average of 6 inches of snow by late November. However, it’s looking like we’ll have a warmer start to this winter season.
