Turns out Netflix made a series just for me, because it has my favorite things: Fran Lebowitz, Martin Scorsese and the city of New York. It's called Pretend It's a City.

Fran Lebowitz is a writer, and I love that she's also known as a humorist. She's got a lot of criticisms; she's got a lot of complaints. She is an observer, and what better city to be an observer and a humorist than in New York City?

It's clear that Martin Scorsese is also absolutely in love with her as well, and you will be, too. It's brilliant, and it's streaming on Netflix now.
