This week's schedule
Programming from hosts' and artists' homes continues this week. Look for a performance on Monday from Willie Nelson together with sons Lukas Nelson and Micah Nelson on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert; the 4/20 thing is probably coincidental, right? Later in the week, look for performances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon by Kate Tempest (Wednesday) and CHVRCHES (Friday), the latter of whom recently inked a lucrative song-placement contract with Netflix's Elite.
On Tuesday, CBS hosts Let's Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince, featuring Beck; Gary Clark Jr.; Common; Earth, Wind, & Fire; Foo Fighters; H.E.R.; Juanes; John Legend; Chris Martin; Morris Day and The Time; Princess; Sheila E.; St. Vincent; Mavis Staples; Miguel; the Revolution; and Usher, with special appearances by FKA Twigs, Fred Armisen, Jimmy Jam, Misty Copeland and Naomi Campbell. Maya Rudolph hosts.
And Lukas Nelson fans will enjoy two helpings of the singer-songwriter this week, as PBS music mainstay Austin City Limits will air its encore of an all-Texas show from November 2018, featuring sets of music by Lukas Nelson and by Kacey Musgraves. Look for that starting Saturday, April 25.
