We live in a time of social distancing. When you're out shopping, just stay six feet or whatever appropriate distance away from the person in front of you. Be safe. Wash your hands.

But when it comes to pugs, all rules are gone! And I'm actually glad, because I get probably more comfort and more safety from constantly having them next to me. I know a lot of you guys are super-duper familiar with the whole animal-dependency thing, so you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Love your pups, hold on to your kitties.

Keep them close.
