Humbird performs in the Radio Heartland studio

September 19, 2019
Siri Undlin is the songwriter and singer in Humbird. She says her musical influences range from jazz guitarist Bill Frisell to classical composer Arvo Pärt to legendary Texas songwriter Blaze Foley. Combine that with a voice like Joni Mitchell and you get the beautiful sounds of Humbird.
Pharmakon is the title of Humbird's most recent album, which came out in early September. The album was produced by singer-songwriter Shane Leonard. Undlin brought her bandmates Pete Quirsfeld and Pat Keen to play some tunes from the record in our studio.
