Coffee Break: Songs for post-Election

by Anna Weggel
November 07, 2018
We've been running down election results and analysis today with MPR News Reporter Tim Nelson. A lot of races from yesterday's Midterm Elections were close and we're still a very divided country.
The Secretary of State's office is estimating that voter turnout in Minnesota was about 2,590,612. That's about 63.7 percent of the estimated voting age population, and it's the second highest turnout in a midterm since 1950. Only 2002 was bigger, and the last time it went over 62 percent was 20 years ago.
For today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs can we play for you that reflect how you feel today?
