Early Eyes have had a big year. They released EPs Decorating and All Shades of Teal; they've sold out their Nov. 2 show at the 7th St Entry; and they performed their first in-studio session at The Current, hosted by Sean McPherson.

During this session, the band — Des Lawrence on bass, Jake Berglove on vocals, Wyatt Fuller on drums, John O'Brien on guitar, and Joe Villano on "other guitar" — perform three songs from their 2018 EPs and discuss yacht rock, songwriting, and fellow band Gully Boys with Sean McPherson.

Sean also got a chance to catch up with Dizzy Fae, who joined Early Eyes to perform her part on "Case For You." This fall, she'll head on tour with Toro y Moi — and release a new single — so it was wonderful to see and hear her at The Current.
