Listen to Looch: the star power of Starcrawler

Good news, rock and roll fans! It sounds like a lot of the new bands that we're showcasing are inspired by everything I love!
It seems like their parents —nand good on you, parents — have been feeding them a steady diet of Iggy Pop and Gang of Four and Blondie. We're moving in a direction, people, that I can really get behind.
One of the bands that created a buzz for us at SXSW and were featured on our stage, Starcrawler — you can't not look at this band and see sort of a star power. I think they're probably about 19 years old. The lead singer, Arrow De Wilde, has a rock and roll family lineage: a really cool rock photographer mother, Autumn De Wilde, and a father, Aaron Sperske who's a musician. And it is so clear that Arrow has been blessed by the glam gods: she's got charisma, she's got style, she's got power and attitude.
Honestly, just to see some of these bands — Starcrawler or Greta Van Fleet — warms my blackened heart. It looks like these teenagers are praying at the right altar, and nothing could make me happier.
Oh! And I also wanted to say, a couple weeks ago, we were speculating, "When Greta Van Fleet comes here, how big a venue do you think they could play?" The Armory. Capacity 8,400. July 3rd. Crazy.
Good on you, parents, for force-feeding your children all the right music.
