MTV has announced a new show called Wonderland — a weekly program that will be the network's first regular live music show in almost 20 years. The show will be co-hosted by Lizzo along with comedian Myke Wright and designer Rachael "Steak" Finley. Wonderland begins Sept. 15, and will feature performances by artists such as Tinashe and Ty Dolla $ign. Pretty cool for a museum show

The Smithsonian's new National Museum of African American History and Culture has announced a music festival that will celebrate the museum's official opening on Sept. 24. Stevie Nicks remembers Prince

Stevie Nicks says that "whenever I play ‘Stand Back’ from this day forward, Prince will be standing next to me." She says she's sorry she never had the opportunity to perform with Prince, who created and performed the synth hook for that song in an uncredited contribution. Gabriel releases new Snowden song

Peter Gabriel has shared "The Veil," a new song he's written and recorded for the forthcoming Edward Snowden biopic. "I was very happy to learn Oliver Stone had decided to make a film about Edward Snowden," wrote Gabriel in a statement, "and believe this is a powerful and inspiring film." Snowden opens in theaters on Sept. 16. Progress on Drake DJ jewelry heist case

A suspect has been arrested in the case of a multi-million-dollar jewelry heist involving Drake—s tour bus. The thieved bling belongs to the Canadian MC's DJ Future the Prince. The jewelry was stolen during a performance in Phoenix, and suspect Travion King was subsequently arrested in Tempe, Ariz. (Billboard)
