Carlos Santana, the Mexico-born guitarist who grew up and made his musical name in San Francisco, appeared in a highlight reel for Super Bowl 50 — but he thinks the producers could have gone a step farther and also booked local acts for the halftime show of the game, which took place in the Bay Area. No offense, Coldplay and Beyoncé — but, Santana wrote on Facebook, "the Halftime Show should have included some of the local iconic bands that the World would have loved to see perform.
