Today on The Morning Show's Eating and Drinking, James Norton brought along his friend Andy Sturdevant (Salon Saloon / Springboard for the Arts)to share their adventure in adapting a menu from a 1969 dinner party cook book.
James Norton edits the Upper Midwestern food journal, Heavy Table. He's also the coauthor of a book on Wisconsin's master cheesemakers.
