Stick with me through this momentary confusion you might be experiencing: Wolf Lords was the name of a project launched last year that you heard a lot of on the station. It's a collaboration between Aby Wolf and Grant Cutler. However, now the project has been transitioned solely to Aby's name, and the album title has been made Wolf Lords.

Now that we've got that cleared up, the reasoning behind the name change really makes sense. Aby and Grant didn't want people to have to accept yet another side project, considering that both of them already collaborate with just about everyone. So they decided to make it an Aby Wolf project with production by Grant Cutler.

Their synergy and ability to cooperate makes them a powerful duo to watch. Aby bounces off of Grant's beats with ease, and it's difficult to think of anyone in the Twin Cities right now who matches her voice's caliber.
