Theft of the Dial: Molly Ringwald
by Jill Riley, Scott Olstad and Molly Ringwald
September 27, 2012
Notable visitors are a common occurrence here at The Current. On a weekly basis, we have rock stars, politicians and even Mary Lucia's pup, Smudge, stroll through our hallowed halls. Yet, there was a special buzz — a palpable excitement — around the office in anticipation of a recent visitor: the one-and-only Molly Ringwald.
You probably know Molly Ringwald from her defining roles in seminal John Hughes flicks like Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink and The Breakfast Club. But the versatile actresses is making a new name for herself: writer.
The Morning Show interviewed Molly earlier this month and talked about her new book. It was so much fun, we invited her back to hijack our airwaves in this very special Theft of the Dial.
