With accents as thick as their riffs, English rockers the Arctic Monkeys pull together infectious hooks and clever lyrics. Having been together since 2002, the Arctic Monkeys won the Mercury Prize in 2006 for their album, "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not" and have continued to rise in popularity ever since.
Released in August, their latest album, "Humbug," was co-proudced by Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age. It was recorded partially in Los Angeles and partially in Joshua Tree where Homme's "The Desert Sessions" were recorded.
Songs performed: "Dance Little Liar," "Cornerstone," and "Crying Lightning."
