MORE INFORMATION

Present Company

Present Company are an indie band from Minneapolis. They released their first album (Talking on Couches) in 2020. Notable for their heavily dramatized performances, early '80s post-punk sounds, and modern indie flair, this group of four was started by Christian Nelson and Eddie Chisham (songwriting, vocals, guitar, keys). They were later joined by Seth Lemmon (bass) and Berin Joseph (drums).

Products are a guitar-rock band from Minneapolis. Their debut LP, Pink Puma, was released in the spring of 2021, and finds the band mixing lyrical sarcasm and sincerity while laser-sharp guitar work dances atop galloping drums-and-bass. Stretching out into the broader world of left-field rock music, the band draws inspiration from late-'70s/early '80s melodic punk/post-punk/new wave/no wave/art-pop as well as modern iterations of this sound. Formed in early 2018, the group has since toured the U.S. and acted as local support with groups like Dehd, Gustaf, Shopping, Bodega, and Tenci.

Colin Bracewell's true lyrics, combined with love and loss, create a unique and gravitating artistry. At only 21 years old, Colin Bracewell has established himself as a strong Minneapolis-based singer/songwriter, whose raw vocals and production reflect the sound of Bon Iver, James Blake, and more recently Hippo Campus.

Colin has been featured on The Current, Cities 97.1, Radio K, and other Midwest Radio stations. He was born in Ontario, Canada, and is currently living in the Twin Cities as a student at the University of Minnesota. In 2020, his folk-influenced single, "You're Fine", inspired by the intensity of the year's events, was featured on The Current - as "Song of the Day".

Bracewell's latest single, "Slopes", will draw you in from the first note and have you singing along. The indie-pop sound pushed him to visit other realms of creativity while still maintaining his authentic storytelling and heartfelt melodies.

Parachutes  is the solo project of Ryan Kemp, a 21-year-old artist based in St.Paul. Parachutes is a cosmic gumbo of warm synths, punchy drums, fuzzy vocals, and lo-fi guitars that are encapsulated by a wave of saturated nostalgia and eclectic authenticity.

Parachutes' first memory of music was listening to the sweet melodies of the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, and folk music with his Grandpa. Throughout his formative years, he played guitar in various bands, but it wasn’t until his freshman year of college that he found his own voice. Forced to move out of his dorm and into quarantine, he started writing songs almost out of necessity. He taught himself how to play Bass and Synth and everything he could about producing, thus his aesthetic and unique style was created under the name Parachutes.

Parachutes' first EP was released in August 2022.
