The Time Machine pays a visit to 1967 this time. The Jimi Hendrix Experience dropped their debut album. It was a big year for the Beatles, who released not one but two classics. Big things were cooking at a little studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, where Aretha Franklin recorded much of the music on her best album yet. Music lost one of its most prolific stars when Otis Redding died in a plane crash in Madison, Wisconsin. And Guess Who's Coming to Dinner was one of the biggest films of the year. It's all 1967, our year on this episode of Time Machine Tuesday from The Current.
