The Time Machine stops in 1962 this time, the year Ray Charles bridged the gap in music. Peter, Paul and Mary revived an old Weavers songs, and Bob Dylan released his first album. Meanwhile, Otis Redding released his first single, and Marvin Gaye had his first hit. The Beatles released their first single. Patsy Cline ruled country radio. If you were dancing, you were still probably doing the twist. It’s all 1962, our year on this episode of Time Machine.
