Seeing one of my heroes so close up at such an intimate venue was an absolute joy. We even got to sing Happy Birthday to him! I also developed a crush on the Windy City this year when I visited again with the Mrs. who was represented at the Chicago Expo on the Pier.

Rock The Garden
My all time fave version of my fave event of the year. Especially because of the generous scheduling, I got to sit and watch some of my all-time faves: Belle and Sebastian, Modest Mouse and Babes in Toyland! And I heard so many people rave about Courtney Barnett, a new fave, for her shredding performance.

10-Day 10th Birthday
A wonderful celebration of an amazing milestone filled with great events that we could share with our supporters, like the very special Rochester gig and interview that I did with Jose James.
