Daugther is a London-based indie folk band comprised of Elena Tonra, Igor Haefeli and Remi Aguilella. British website For Folk's Sake has described their music as "one of the most unique sounds in the pop landscape today."

The band released two debut EPs in 2011, His Young Heart and The Wild Youth. This year, the band signed with prestigious UK label, 4AD, and began working on their 2013 debut record.

While in town to play at the 7th St. Entry, Daughter stopped by The Current studio to chat with Bill DeVille and perform a few songs.
